Data Retention & Deletion
How long monitoring data is retained and when it is deleted.
Retention Periods

What Gets Deleted
Section titled “What Gets Deleted”Data older than the retention period is deleted automatically every day at 03:00 UTC:
- Notification delivery history
- Resolved incidents
- Expired API keys are also removed at the same time
Audit Logs
Section titled “Audit Logs”- On the Free plan, audit logs cannot be viewed, but operations are still recorded. After upgrading to Pro or higher, operations performed before the upgrade become viewable within the retention window
- On Pro, audit logs older than the 90-day retention period are deleted
Downgrading Plans
Section titled “Downgrading Plans”After switching to a plan with a shorter retention period, data older than the new period is removed at the next daily deletion run. Deleted data cannot be recovered, so review the retention difference before downgrading.
